Hey guys, I am back and better! It’s been just over a month since my last post but I couldn’t wait to be back blogging for you again. We are just over a month into the new decade and judging by my conversations with people, January was a bit rocky for some people. Whether your 2020 didn’t start how you planned, don’t allow this to affect the rest of your year. When things don’t go to plan, it’s always for a reason. A reason we may not understand now but will come to understand as time passes. February is a new month and I hope for all of you it’s going well. I hope you have all started whatever you wanted to start this year or if not, you start it this upcoming week!
In today’s blog, I wanted to touch on something which over the past few months I have really started to notice. As you all know I started blogging to help/allow me to express myself a lot easier and also to possibly ‘help’ others in some way shape or form. Motivate people to achieve their dreams, inspire others to be more open in a way and mainly to show others that had experienced what I had experienced that they weren’t alone. Throughout the journey, I have doubted myself a lot. More than I should’ve. Through all of this I have had the unconditional support from my mum. Without hesitation or me asking she shares my blogs with whoever she can and whether she realises this a lot, she’s one of the main reasons why I try to blog as much for you guys as I can. I am so grateful for her being my biggest fan but now it’s time I become my own biggest fan. I have realised in life that strangers have the ability to support you as much as your own family/friends and I used to question why that was. I have quite a few acquaintances but a very small circle of people I would consider my friends and as time goes on I notice how people I hardly speak to are the ones who read my blogs, share them and tell me what they think. I am a big believer in supporting those around me and giving them all the encouragement I can. However, with life you can’t expect everyone to be like you. That’s just not how the world works. So instead of me questioning, why don’t I just get on with it and be my own biggest supporter?
A few days ago, I decided to create an instagram travel page where I’ll be documenting my travels, recommending some amazing places to visit and bringing you guys some great deals/websites I come across. https://instagram.com/travelwithfarai?igshid=hngwdvgbhjft I wanted to share my love for travel with you all and I can’t wait! I said if I don’t start this now, when will I ever start it? No matter what you want to start, make sure you promote it constantly. Make sure with or without the support from your loved ones, you keep going! You may have to work 10x harder with no support but imagine how amazing you’ll feel when you see how far you have come.
For someone who appreciates the smallest amount of support – I’m asking you all to learn to support others, no matter how big or small their idea is. That little bit of support goes a long way. I say it a lot but I am so grateful for those of you who take the time to read my blogs and share them.
Now before I end, quite a few of you have asked and/or may be wondering how you can stay up to date with my posts. When you’re on my blog page, in the bottom right corner you should see a ‘follow’ sign, click on that and it will ask for your email. Once you’ve done that, you’ll be notified immediately every time I post.
